Mould maintance:
In order to protect customer′s deposited mould in our factory, we have assigned the specialists to carry out the regular maintenance of the mould at our appointed site.
1. Daily maintenance: moulds are checked & maintained by in-charge technician once per 12 hours. Keep record on the daily report.
2. Periodical maintenance：
50T～100T: Maintain mould once per 60000 shot part which mould is running for
150T～160T: Maintain mould once per 50000 shot part which mould is running for
220T～350T: Maintain mould once per 40000 shot part which mould is running for
468~800T：Maintain mould once per 20000 shot part which mould is running for
1300~2400T：Maintain mould once per 10000 shot part which mould is running for
3600T：Maintain mould once per 10000 shot part which mould is running for
3. Appearance Maintenance: Apply spray grease to outside of mould to prevent rusting. Spray anti-rust (moisture guard) to all moulding surfaces prior to mould being removed from injection moulding machine. mould will be stored in a suitable environment to ensure good condition. Appearance maintenance will be completed by mould keeper and operator.
